非洲的经历
非洲的经历让我学到非常多的东西，在非洲工作，除了能力和语言的基本要求之外，更需要一种胆量和不认输的耐力。那里的环境很艰难，食物匮乏，天气闷热，甚至有些时候局势不稳定造成了心理上很大的压力，而且市场混乱，法律不健全，非常不容易。但是在非洲我学到了如何在国外生存，如何同外国人进行商务谈判，如何根据市场变化调整公司的计划。我也非常遗憾由于我脸上皮肤的过敏，让我早早结束了这份工作。

I benefited a lot from the experience in Africa. Working in Africa, besides the basic needs of ability and language, what we need was courage and endurance towards failure. It was not easy to live there, with tough living conditon ,a short of supply of food and sweltering climate as well as a confusing market system and a half-baked law system. However, in Africa I learned how to survive in a foreign country, how to negotiate on business with foreingners, and how to adjust the plans of our company according to the change of the market. And I had regeted a lot to put an early end to my job there due to my skin allergy.
