经常无缘故断网！ping外网测试网速不正常！

问题描述：

1、现象：网页常常卡住打不开或者本来开的很顺但马上又卡住了、网络程序（例如 QQ对战平台、QQ）经常好无缘故断线或连接不上。

2、测试：以下为【ping外网测试网速是否正常.cmd】的测试结果。

嗯。。。补充：不是局域网。用路由器。猫的灯与【ping外网测试网速是否正常.cmd】测试同时不正常。360的ARP防御等防护都打开了，360体检指数为5星全满。还有就是我是刚刚才重装系统的。
