如果有朋友在新加坡，让朋友帮忙申请，现在社交签和旅游签都很容易，上网申请就可以。
如果没有，就去当地的新加坡大使馆。

Visa Application for India, PRC, Myanmar, Nigeria and CIS Countries nationals
Nationals of India, Myanmar, Nigeria, People's Republic of China (PRC), CIS countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) require a visa to visit Singapore.
In the case of a business visit, the application must be sponsored by a Singapore registered corporation. Please contact the Singapore High Commission at (04) 470 0850 for the application forms or you may download it from Form V52
Forms and Documents to be produced:
1 copy (original) of duly completed and signed Form IMM 14A.

Please post/submit the completed application forms together with photocopies of the supporting documents at:-

The processing time is at least 3 working days (excluding day of submission/receipt and collection) provided no further verifications are required. Please do not call the mission to check on the outcome of application within the normal processing period. You may telephone (04) 470 0850 if you have not heard from us after 3 working days (please ensure that sufficient allowance is given for posting, as this is not included in the processing time).
Incomplete forms may result in the application being rejected or the processing delayed.
Fees
Visa application fee is NZ$29 per applicant. We accept only cash or Bank Cheque made payable to the "Singapore High Commission" (Note: personal and company cheques will not be accepted and fees are subject to change without prior notice).
Other Requirements
The applicant may be required to furnish additional documents and information as and when necessary.
Official translation of the documents is required if they are not in the English Language.
Passport (valid for at least six months upon departure from Singapore);
1 recent passport sized photograph
A pre-paid courier bag for the return of the passport;
A copy of the travel itinerary, showing a confirmed booking out of Singapore (tentative or waitlisted booking is not acceptable);
Entry facilities to onward destination (including visas).
Important Notes
Every application for a visa will be considered on its own merits. Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore and permission to enter is entirely discretionary at the point of entry. The original application form has to be duly signed by the applicant.
