即使你有加拿大枫叶卡(绿卡)去美国都需要办理签证呢。反过来有美国绿卡去加拿大就不用签证。
好像你这样的情况，要去美国驻加拿大使领馆办理非移民B2旅游访问签证，程序与国内的美国使领馆一样，面谈前，交纳相当于131美元的加拿大元。
可以，只要你有有效的美国签证就可以从美国回中国了。
加拿大各大城市都美国领事馆， 就当作你在多伦多吧。
P.S.:即使你找旅行社，你还是要去面谈的。

不过美国领事馆没有规定，你必须有加拿大长期的工作或留学签证才可以申请美国签证，你可以去试试。

个人认为：好像你这种在加拿大短其逗留可能没有什么戏，即使拒签了，钱是不可以退的
拥有加拿大签证的可以短期合法进出美国的！！

可以去美国驻加拿大的大使馆或领事馆办理签证，有了签证就可以直接去美国旅游，然后可以直接从美国直接回中国。但旅游签证一般时间比较短，自己办理如果觉得麻烦就请当地旅行社代理，不然就自己麻烦点，跑一下领使馆
