怎么得到当前外网的IP？

这里面的IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.101这个IP是我内网的IP，我是要外网的IP啊！
还有我到那种查询IP的网站上去查一下，每个网站的结果都不一样。比如www.ip138.com之类的。
我现在倒是有点迷惑了，到底怎么样得到的IP才是我真正的外网IP。
