Expo Volunteers Get a Sign, a Slogan and a Song
　　Shanghai unveiled its World Expo volunteer logo, slogan and song on March 27, the 400-day countdown to the opening of Expo 2010.
　　The logo shows the Chinese character for heart, the letter “V” and a dove carrying an olive branch. The character “心 (heart)” means the warm-hearted spirit of the volunteers who will serve the participants and visitors. The letter “V” stands for “volunteer.” The dove and the olive branch convey a message of peace, friendship, sustainable development and hope.

　　Meanwhile, “At Your Service At Expo” has been chosen as the volunteer slogan for Expo 2010. It has three sub-logos — “My Will, My Help, My Pleasure,” “2010, We’re Together as One” and “Our City, Your Joy.”
　　During the ceremony, the Hong Kong singer Eason Chan (陈奕迅) sang “By Your Side (《在你身边》).” It is the volunteer song for Expo 2010.
