香港城市大学研究生网申时大陆学生应该选local student还是non-local student呢?

还有下面的问题应该选NO 还是YES呢？

1.Do you belong to one of the three categories below?
- Holder of a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card OR
- Have the right to land in Hong Kong OR
- Holder of a One-way Permit for entry to Hong Kong
（非常不知道这个填NO还是YES！）

2.Do you hold a valid employment visa for taking part-time studies in Hong Kong?
（这个应该是NO吧）

3.Do you hold any documents listed below that will allow you to study in Hong Kong without a student visa/entry permit?
e.g. dependant visa, entry visa/entry permit for quality migrants or capital investment entrants
（这个也应该是NO吧）

对于第1个问题 要是有港澳同行证 就是旅游那种算不算Holder of a One-way Permit for entry to Hong Kong???
