xp 操作系统 sp3 老是断网

记得用优化大师 优化过系统（msdn xp sp3 vol版），就出现

迅雷下载 达到最高值，观看在线视频 pps、pplive 老是断网

网页打不开

浏览器ie8 自行诊断 说是winsock 损坏

有段时间我电脑也是，迅雷下着就段了打不开网页。
过了段时间久好了，我想也许是电信服务的问题

重装网卡驱动试试
