对于酒店更好的发展和客户不停增长的需求，酒店网络和系统安全建设就变得尤为重要。本文在笔者对局域网的认识和实际管理的基础上，首先介绍了局域网安全与威胁，然后分析了局域网的安全规范，实现了从各方面防范针对本文提到的安全威胁、常见病毒的技术，加强了局域网的安全。最后，本文特别提到了无盘局域网，在局域网的安全领域有着重要的作用，本研究为解决局域网网络安全提供了可行的参考方案。

With the rapid development of computer and communicational technology, the networking and informationalization of hotel inner management become an inevitable developmental trend.
Hotel networking is the comprehensive usage of information technology, including network infrastructure, application platform, information resources, the professional application, personnel quality etc. It includes LAN technology, equipment, creating and managing wiring data server, network management and maintenance etc. All these jobs are fairly heavy, and the traditional ways are backward, work-load, low efficiency, duplication, and low accuracy, which cannot satisfy the needs of hotel, and reduce the effect and function of management and maintenance. The construction of hotel network and security system will become particularly important for the better development of hotel and meeting customer‘s rising demands.
This paper is based on the author's understanding of LAN and practical management. Firstly, it introduces the security and threat of LAN. Then it analyzes the safety standards of LAN and common antiviral technology that can against the safety threats referring in this paper in various ways, which strengthen the safety of LAN. Finally, this paper gives a special mention for diskless LAN that plays an important role in LAN security field; this research provides feasible references to solve the LAN security problem.
