上不去网，出现这个问题怎么回事？

一打开浏览器或者或者一些软件上应该显示广告的地方就出现下面这一段话：“Access Denied (authentication_failed)

但是挂QQ，用迅雷下载东西没问题

如果换一种上网方式，使用路由器上就什么事都没有，使用宽带拨号就这样了，不知道哪里出错了
现在还是无法解决啊。。。。怎么没人看呢？
