登入不了土豆网

天开始我土豆网就打不开了，登入土豆网就出来下面这些英文字

另外我问了我的一些朋友。他们都说可以打开这个网站，但我却怎么都打不开，像优酷，56，酷6这样的视频网我都可以打开，就是开不了土豆，我要在土豆找个东西，很急，谁帮我看看是什么问题造成的？？？？
我也用360试着修复了下IE，可还是不行
