tudou网被屏蔽，求助解决方法

郁闷死我了，我的情况是这样的，过了一个晚上，土豆网突然就上不去了，一浏览就是这些内容ERROR

自己找了C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc 文件夹中Hosts文件，可是搞不明白，不知道是该删除，还是该添加？如何添加。。。我使用的留言器已经是最近的，flash插件也有，求解决方法。
