for the room if you need to check in at 00.30 hrs. on 19 Nov '09.
Actually, the normal check in time for almost hotel is 14.00 hrs. on the
arrival day and check out @ 12.00 hrs. on the departure day.
It's the normal policy of the hotel for the time.
However, hotel can be amended your reservation to be 18-19 Nov '09 instead
if you'll arrive at night of 18 Nov and stay only one night.
We've noticed that you've submitted the reservation for 2 guest's name but
put for 1 person in room only.
We already updated your reservation for 2 person as you can access the new
confirmation voucher through the link below;

Your reservation now still confirmed as original period.

事情起因：准备去泰国度蜜月，无奈银子有限只能自由行，在一家网站订了房间，毕竟
不熟悉只预定了一晚试水。结果没注意飞机到达准确时间，发现飞机到了的时候已经过
了0点啦，我偷笑，嘿嘿省了天房费……网站上说只会预付10%的定金，好家伙，我一查
招行的卡，当天就全额结清啦……还告诉我如果过了0点必须增订一晚，否则就必须下
午2点以后入住……oh my god……
很不爽，决定争取最大优惠！
我说：1、我是新婚蜜月，很多酒店都会提供优惠折扣和蜜月房，我没享受到
2、如果这么一点提前入住的小忙都不给通融，太让人失望，我会考虑退房换酒店
3、如果帮了老哥一把，俺一定在猫扑等朋友圈子里好好宣传一下你们，否则嘿嘿……
结果就收到了这封信，更可气的还在下面这段：
Hotel Cancellation and Amendment Policy :
Cancellation or no-show will result in charge of THB 1,150.00
Subject to this hotel's policy shown above, the guest must contact our
Customer Service Centre (not the hotel) by phone or email to cancel or make
amendments to this booking, including extending or reducing the stay, or to
delay arrival.
Fees and Charges:
A non-refundable booking fee of THB 125.00 (tax inclusive) applies to each
booking.
An administration charge of THB 600.00 applies to each booking amendment or
cancellation (if permitted by the hotel), in addition to any penalty that
the hotel may apply.

问题解答：
其实这是酒店的规定，因为每个酒店都有他们规定的入住和退房时间。因为你是早上很早去的，所以就不可以按照你入住当天来计算，按照酒店的说法就是要把房间多留一个晚上给你。酒店和你确认的入住时间是以多少晚来计算的而不是多少天。所以咯。如果你需要的话，我有个朋友在泰国做旅行社的，你可以发邮件给她，她会说中文的。我明白你也不希望我们知道你的名字啦。呵呵

最后一封信是说，如果你到时间没去登记或者取消预定，根据旅馆的规定，你会被罚款1150泰铢。另外预定费125泰铢是不会退给你的。如果要改时间或取消预定，每次需要支付行政费用600泰铢。
泰国的酒店都这样，我同事上飞机的前一天，才接到他们通知说酒店订满了，没房间了，晕。早点说会死啊，一点也不为别人着想。
这旅馆也太黑了点吧。。。
