帮2楼回答下你新的问题，如果你使用的是数码相机照的身份证，数码相机内有内存卡，可以通过读卡器把卡的数据放入电脑，如果是在外扫描的，可以通过扫描处的网络传到你的邮箱，或是使用U盘带回来。对于照片过大，是因为扫描跟数码相机的像素来确定的，基本用扫描不设置而扫出来的身份证有900K，因为太大了，你可以通过ACESEE下的图片编辑器，把图片进行缩小，缩到800*600的比例，一个身份证扫描件不到100K。。比如所你扫描件的尺寸为1800*970，点ACDSEE上的编辑器后，会弹出ACD FOTOCANVAS软件，也就是编辑器了，点上面的调整大小，点到像素上，想对宽度进行限制添入800，高度就会随着原始图片的高度自己变化成适当值，点确定后另存为JPG格式，就行了，JPG格式的设置按缺省值就行。
这样出来图片足够清晰，体积也小。。。选择ACDSEE是因为这个是常用的图片浏览器，基本机器上都装了，又带简单的编辑功能，总比下个PHOTOSHOP来的方便。。
