为什么我不能在中国移动的官方网站上办理自助业务

原来我一直通过移动的网站办理查询\交费等业务,可最近换了台电脑却突然不行了,移动公司的人说可能是浏览器的版本太低,可我换了"N"个浏览器,包括6.0.7.0和遨游,万能,都不行,还是打不开，我现在的状况就是不管用哪个浏览器打开移动官方网站,只要一进入自助业务或输入电话号码后,页面就无法显示,出现的是:
