启动彩虹岛（3D转2D横版游戏）出现 Device create failed 玩不了游戏

我的显卡是 NVIDIA Riva TNT2 Model 64，我想玩彩虹岛 但是安装了游戏 总是弹出来 说是游戏引机启动失败，我发现我的显卡DX 3D不可用，怎么才可以解决呢。我下载驱动又安装不了，出现setup detected that the operating system in use is not windows vista[64-bit].this setup program and its associated drivers are designed to run only on windows vista[64-bit] .the installation will be terminated的问题 ，希望得到解决
