单位有台局域网的机器今天突然不能访问外网了

公司有台局域网的机器今天突然不能访问外网了，无论输入什么网址都会出现一个“website”的界面，然后显示：

我们的局域网连的是ADSL，其余的机器都很正常，请问这是为什么？
出问题的是一台笔记本，当用无线网络（wlan）连接外网时又是正常的了。
