我是一个在校大学生，非常想去海参崴或者伊尔库茨克旅游，但不知如何办签证可是旅行社又没有这个方向的团，像咨询一下高人。有相关旅行社资料的也可以提供。谢谢。

I am a college student and I am curious about a travel to Hassenwih or Irkucik In Russia,but i donnot know how to get a private visa nor do i know a routine to the referred cities ,so I really want to get some informations from you, and it is also apreciated that you can give me some advises about tourism companies providing such routines . thank you.
