vista系统怎么下载不了建设银行网银证书阿？

搞了几次都是这样的。。急求答案阿！！！！！

1以前下过证书没有?
2去银行查询

因为建行系统不支持vista系统

连7.0都不成要用IE6.0

下不了的，换系统吧，我问过银行的，除了vista，其他都行，连me都行。
