应为：I forgot to remind him of the time of the oral test. 这个句子中，to的后面不该用have done，那是表示做过了的事，用to do就行了。

The colorful umbrellas add to the happy atmosphere in the streets in summer. 此句中，add to须连在一起更佳。

No matter how heavy the rain and wind is ,the policeman always keeps standing on his position.
rain可以用heavy修饰，wind却是不能的，应该用strong，因此你在这里用heavy既修饰rain，又修饰wind，判分时，这应该算个大错，the policemen用复数比较好，毕竟这么做的警察，不该只有一个，没有上下文，就应该用复数。此句可写作：No matter how hard it rains or blows, the policemen are always standing at his position. 后面也可以用be always doing表示“总是”的意思。

你分词用得很好，只是save在这里应该用成save sb sth. 而且trouble后面跟一个of的介词短语就可以说明是什么麻烦，用that引导的同位语从句，一方面啰嗦，而且这里用得还不对。
我不是上海的英语教师，所以弄不清评分标准了，自己看着办吧。
