可能是中病毒了，或者哪个服务被禁用了，最好是重新作一次系统！

因为在安全模式下很多启动项目是不加载的,你的网络协议被劫持了,建议去下一个类似于兔子,360之类的辅助软件修复一下网络连接...重启,OK

你没发完扫描.看不出.你只发了启动项目(帮看了.感觉没事),而我认为是服务出了问题
