我国旅游业经过几十年的发展已取得了很大的进步,度假游、森林游、生态游、科考游、商务游、修学游等众多新兴旅游产品层出不穷,但是这些旅游产品大多是针对城镇人口度身订做的,而我国九亿多农民旅游市场却很少有人问津。近年来随着农村居民经济收入的增长、农闲时间的增加以及消费观念的转变,农民旅游市场已经起步,旅游正在广大农村悄然兴起。有关政府和旅游企业一定要从思想上高度认识到我国农民旅游的发展前景,采取一些有效的措施和手段开发好并发展好我国的农民旅游。农民旅游既是时代的需要,也是旅游价值的最终体现,是建设我国和谐社会和社会主义新农村的有效途径。本文通过大量的理论、数据分析和实地考察,认为在我国农民旅游的需求是旺盛的,随着“三农”政策的逐渐实施,农民已逐渐具备了出游的客观因素。在大量查阅有关开发农民旅游市场有利条件的基础上,提出了开发农民旅游市场的对策。针对农村这块特殊市场,借鉴前辈们对农民的消费心理和消费习惯的深入研究,并在充分了解农村市场的基础上提出了一些关于开发农民旅游产品的一些看法和建议。
