云网影视后台，ewebeditor编辑器，影片介绍不能为空？

问题描述：

求助：我在云网互动影视系统后台“影片介绍”的位置加个ewebeditor编辑器后，在编辑器里输入影片介绍内容，添加时但都提示“影片介绍不能为空”？？？谁能帮忙。真心谢谢。。（我在其他的系统也像这样加过编辑器，而且都正常，不知道为何在这里就不行了）

在编辑器里添加内容就跟没有加一样，就好象云网不支持在线编辑器一样似的。谢谢。急切求助。

把编辑器去掉，用默认文本区域，就正常。为什么？
