192.168一般用在局域网下面

你给出的是两种上网方式
Ethernet adapter的静态地址上网，小区宽带会有这种方式（内网ip）
ppp adapter是adsl拨号 （公网ip）
有种方式可以出现这样的情况（我的就是）
我家里的是小区宽带
所以ip是我自己设置的
命令行中输入ipconfig 只有Ethernet adapter的信息
我家在外面有个店
有时我带着笔记本去那上网
通过adsl拨号上网就会有两种方式了
这两种方式第一个叫静态的
第二个叫动态的
一般静态方式都是内网ip 然后通过路由上网
动态的有adsl的方式 直接拨号获得外网ip上网
